Mentorship
Our seniors, managers and leaders have strong belief in passing their information and experience to younger ones. This is why we create a mentorship program for all of our major directors in our team as a duty to our community.
Our mentorship program is for those who are willing to learn from seniors and successful examples of business and industry. In this program, we try to create a friendly and dutiful bond with juniors to produce our future leaders who are better version of us and can lead us through much harder times with much harder challenges.
